Locality:

Ashram is located on the banks of the Codamuruti, a branch of the river Cauvery in the outskirts of village Thiruppanthuruthi in Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu State India.  Historically, the place is famous for its Siva temple, Appar Madam and the Samathi of Narayana Thirthar.  It is ten miles from Thanjavur on the way to Kallani water reservoir.  Ashram is in midst of coconut, mango, banana, Guava and jackfruit trees and rice fields.  It is a spiritual retreat center, serene and a quiet place for prayer, meditation and study. Ashram is surrounded by many villages where people are in need of education and health care.

How to reach:

Visitors can come to Ashram only by bus, car or auto.  It is nearly 12 miles from Thanjavur railway station and 10 miles from old bus stand.  It is 2 miles west of Kandiyur on the way to Kallani.  It is five minutes walking distance from Aramani or palace street bus stop.
